PURPOSE
A&G Property Selection is a part of a Corporate Group that provides business advice and
support. It is created with the exclusive aim of identifying the needs of individual property
purchasers, companies looking for their headquarters or industrial plant as well as investors
seeking for business opportunities within the real state sector.
GOAL
Our main focus is to provide a personalised service for each potential buyer / investor inside the
real state sector. We will look after the best result for our investor, always following our client’s
guidelines during the whole process.
OUR PHILOSOPHY
We are not a real-state agency, but a travelling companion, and the Consultant of any individual
or legal entity that is willing to buy a property. We will defend the interests of our clients, giving
them a personal, close and a professional attention at all times.
AREA OF OPERATION
Our main area of operation is Barcelona City, Maresme, Costa Brava and Cerdanya.
HEADQUARTERS
Our Headquarters are based in Mataró and the Parc Empresarial Tecnocampus Edifici El
Rengle, the newly built business network in Mataró and Maresme.

We negotiate either with the landlord, the different agencies that act as mediators and represent the client, or other banking institutions, in order to avoid our client investing his/her time in these tasks, we will do it for you.
CONSULTING AND MANAGEMENT
Within the necessary finance for the application, the study and the transaction when acquiring a property among the different bank institutions, as well as negotiating all terms and conditions.
FISCAL AND LEGAL ADVICE
During the whole purchasing or selling process. We will always advice our client what is best for him.
HERITAGE
The integral management of real estate assets. Buying and selling properties in order to obtain the best profit for our client.
RENTAL
Rental management service, either for private individuals, enterprises, as well as investors and SL heritages.
